SHIP & SETUP (day 3–5)
We send you a compact 4K recording kit with mic and lights and simple setup instructions. Prefer to use your own gear? That’s fine. (Please note we only ship kits in Australia and the UK.)

DIRECTED REMOTE SHOOT (60–90 mins)
We coach delivery, frame the shot, and capture clean takes over Riverside. No guesswork. You post the kit back to us in the pre-paid bag.

EDIT & FINISH (5 days)
We cut two versions: 60-second and 30-second, plus burnt-in captions, clean thumbnail, and ready-to-share 1080p/HD files.

  • No, but we strongly recommend it. The strongest films come from a tight North Star. If you already have one, we’ll assess it in a quick check. We offer the film as a standalone product for US$1,499.

  • Yes - we include one reshoot window within 14 days of delivery.

  • For most clients the live-directed remote setup is faster and more than good enough. In-person shoots are available in Australia-only on request at additional cost.
