The Strategy Reality Check is a 5-day diagnostic that shows where your strategy is clear, where it’s inconsistent, and where it disappears in practice. You'll get a visual report, specific findings, and fixes you can apply right away.

WHAT YOU GET

1. WEBSITE & STRATEGY MATERIALS REVIEW

We compare your homepage, strategy deck, and sales deck side by side. We're looking for contradictions, vague claims, and places where your strategy disappears or becomes unclear.

Deliverable: A 1-page visual showing alignment gaps.

2. THE 3-PERSON TEST

We conduct three short interviews (15 minutes each) with people in different roles across your business. We ask them to explain your strategy in one sentence. If three people give three different answers, we know clarity is missing. If they all match word-for-word, your strategy is in place. (These interviews are confidential so people can speak freely.)

Deliverable: Verbatim answers compared side by side, showing where they diverge and what that tells us.

3. DECISIONS BASELINE QUESTIONNAIRE

We send a short intake survey to capture how decisions currently get made in your business. We're looking at what slows them down, where they escalate, and whether strategy is actually shaping those choices.

Deliverable: A baseline snapshot showing decision patterns across your team.

4. STRATEGY REALITY REPORT

You’ll receive a concise visual report (4-5 pages) that highlights:
- Alignment gaps across your website, deck, and materials
- Results from the 3-Person Test (answers compared side by side)
- A baseline view of how recent decisions match or miss the strategy
- Fixes you can apply right away

The report is visual, clear, and focused on what actually matters: where your strategy isn't showing and what to do about it.

5. WALKTHROUGH CALL (30–40 mins)

We walk through the findings with you live. We identify which gaps to fix first, discuss the immediate improvements you can make, and talk through next steps if you want to progress to a full Build or Install.

This isn't a sales call. It's a working session focused on helping you understand what the data is telling you.

We receive your materials (website URL, strategy deck, sales materials). You identify 3 people for the 3-Person Test and send us the decisions baseline questionnaire.

DAYS 2-3: REVIEW & INTERVIEWS
We review your materials, conduct the three interviews, and analyse the questionnaire responses.

DAY 4: REPORT CREATION
We create your Strategy Reality Report with findings and immediate fixes.

DAY 5: WALKTHROUGH CALL
We deliver the report and walk through findings together.

  • The time investment is minimal. Three people spend 15 minutes each in interviews. Someone spends 10 minutes completing the baseline questionnaire. You spend 30-40 minutes on the walkthrough call. Total team time: about 2 hours across 5 days.

  • Yes. Everything is done remotely: interviews via video call, materials shared electronically, walkthrough call via Zoom. We work with companies across Australia and internationally.

  • Three possibilities:

    1. You apply the immediate fixes yourself and you're done.

    2. You decide to progress to the One Line Strategy Build ($7,500).

    3. You decide strategy clarity isn't the issue and focus elsewhere.

    There's no obligation to continue. The Reality Check is valuable on its own.

  • The Reality Check only works if we can see your actual materials. If you're not comfortable sharing strategy documents, this isn't the right service yet. We can revisit when you're ready.
